Sabrina's Instagram Account

Anyone who actually knew Sabrina, even a little bit, would know and tell you about how private she was.  She didn't want anyone knowing her business.  This was never more true as it was on the internet.  Despite her inner-nature, she created an Instagram account specifically to allow her and I to communicate through photos.  This was mostly because the first year or so of our relationship was long distance.  These are the photos that you couldn't see, because her account was private.  I wasn't even allowed to comment on or like them.

TIP:  Start at the very end, and then work your way back from there if you want to read through our story in chronological order.

Background Story

Look how beautifully cooked and colorful this dish is.  That's no accident.  You can bet that those veggies are perfectly crisp too.  You'll notice some mushrooms in there.  I've never met anyone that loved mushrooms as much as she did.  She could tell them apart better than anyone I knew too.  One glance at a mushroom no matter how obscure and she had it.

When we'd watch "Chopped," she'd mention it before the chefs would.  Hell, some of those chefs still wouldn't know.  Once they said so during one of those one-on-one interview moments during the cooking challenge, Nala would say something like, "Told you."  She'd say this as if I had argued it with her.  I love her smart ass sense of humor and I miss it every moment of the day.
