Veggie chop suey with a side of DNN World leads to follow up with

Background Story

Well, the last few days Nala and I spent together at a resort we would call home for at least a week, near her work.  This was the Monday after the DNN World conference that year.  She had to go to work, while I waited for her secretly at the resort, drinking Mai Tai's and reading.  I was mostly unplugged that week.  I say "secretly" because no one yet knew that we were a couple, and this is the way Nala preferred it.  

This is one of her go-to lunches... a veggie chop suey from a local restaurant next to the office.  She'd have this regularly.  Me, I would have put some meat into that meal.  I miss how sensible and health conscious she was - and how much she'd try to push those ideals into me.  She'd "mother hen" me so much, and I loved every second of it - even when I complained about it.
